Moustafa Naiem is a consultant and entrepreneur with extensive experience in sustainability, climate adaptation, and resilience. At KPMG, a leading Big Four consulting firm, Moustafa specialized in advisory practices with a strong emphasis on ESG. He spearheaded an initiative in the Management Consulting practice for Infratech, securing internal funding and driving innovation in infrastructure advisory.
Moustafa holds a PhD in Climate Resilience and Infrastructure Management, earning numerous prestigious awards including the Vanier CGS, NSERC-PGSD, OGS, NSERC-PDF, Mitacs Globalink, and UK Research and Innovation grants. His international experience spans Egypt, Qatar, Canada, and the UK, where he was involved with the Centre for Digital Built Britain at Cambridge University and the National Digital Twin Programme.
Beyond academia and consulting, Moustafa was the co-founder and primary license holder of TEDxCairoUni, he also co-founded and managed a nonprofit organization that grew to over 90 members annually, and served as a TEDx trainer and regional workshop facilitator for North Africa.

He's a world-leader in Climate Resilience and community-systemic risk studies. He is currently the Director of The INViSiONLab. He Received Numerous funding grants for research on Multi-hazard risk assessment, and Digital Twin technologies and their applications in enhancing community climate resilience.
